How long does the review and transition process take?
The initial analysis takes 1–2 weeks. If changes are recommended and you want to move forward, a full benefits restructure typically takes 30–60 days depending on carrier timelines.
Open enrollment for most small businesses runs October through December for January 1 effective dates. We recommend starting conversations in August or September to have the best carrier selection and no pressure.
